Nobel Peace Laureate and Honourary Canadian Citizen Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s birthday will be celebrated in Toronto on:
Sunday, June 19th
6:30 PM
The Hot House Cafe (corner of Church and Front Street)
It will be her first birthday in 16 years as a free person (i.e. not under house arrest). The Benefits will go to the schools for children in Burma.
We are expecting to receive a video message from ASSK for this event. June 19th is the her actual birthday!
